How does this apply to your practicum? 

Strategy: Developing student self-assessment and peer-assessment skills.  

Example: In my placement, students are regularly asked to read a classmate's work and provide. Specifically, students were asked to evaluate each other's creative writing piece. This ties into my understanding of formative assessment, specifically assessment as learning. The use of feedback is critical in determining the next steps.
